• My name is Samuel Ward and I am a profesional freelance trumpet player and teacher based in Birmingham, West Midlands.

• Samuel Specialises in commercial playing including live performing, recording and functions. As a crossover player, he can play in many different styles. These include Jazz, Pop, Big Band, Musical Theatre and Latin to name a few. 

• I have been performing professionally for over 10 years.

Qualifications:

• First Class BA (hons) Music (Jazz Trumpet)

• BTEC Extended Diploma in Music Performance,
  Distinction*, Distinction*, Distinction*

• Trumpet Grade 2,3,4,5,6 and 8 (Trinity College London)

• Music Theory Grade 5 (ABRSM)

• Standard rate is £70 per hour

• I will charge £0.45 per mile if I need to travel more than two miles in total.
